ChakaMart terms keep marketplace operations clear.

These terms describe the MVP rules for customers, vendors, manual payments, and delivery status handling.

Marketplace scope

ChakaMart connects customers with verified vendors. Product availability, stock, pricing, payment confirmation, and delivery status are managed through platform workflows.

Orders

Orders begin as pending and may be confirmed, prepared, delivered, cancelled, or returned based on operational status. Customers must provide accurate phone and delivery details.

Payments

MVP payments include cash on delivery, Telebirr manual confirmation, and CBE Birr/manual transfer. Manual payments are not considered paid until admin confirms them.

Vendor obligations

Vendors must provide accurate product information, maintain stock, prepare assigned orders, and follow ChakaMart moderation and fulfillment rules.
